As a CMC Statistics Intern, you will engage in coding, statistical analysis, and machine learning to support biosimilar development. This role involves collaborating with scientists, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to daily CMC activities.

Anforderungen

• •Master's program or equivalent in statistics, biostatistics, or data science
• •English oral and written; French would be an asset
• •Knowledge of biotech/pharma and high-level drug development process or high interest in scientific area
• •Knowledge of commonly used statistical methods: Anova with fixed or random effects, linear regression, ancova, non-linear models, R programming, knowledge in machine learning and model selection
• •Team player; interest to interact with scientists
• •Proactive and flexible mindset
• •Autonomy
• •Good communication and presentation skills
• •Skills with MS Office

Aufgaben

• •Code using R and Python
• •Conduct hypothesis testing
• •Perform linear and non-linear modeling
• •Utilize advanced kinetic modeling for stability analysis
• •Implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms for biosimilar CMC development
• •Report to supervisor and adhere to the plan
• •Prepare presentations for scientists
• •Ensure data integrity management
• •Apply guidelines and procedures related to biosimilar development
• •Research bibliography and literature on relevant topics
• •Familiarize with relevant guidance
• •Provide statistical support for labs
• •Design experiments and qualify methods
• •Assist with tech transfer
• •Support daily CMC statistical activities
