- Motivation for ownership and team contribution
- Desire to grow into infrastructure engineering
- Fluent English
- Additional cloud providers (AWS, GCP) experience
- On-premises infrastructure experience
- Ansible configuration management experience
- Nix package manager and build process experience
- Certificate management or PKI experience
- Monitoring & observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor) experience
- IoT environments experience
- Scrum / agile delivery experience
Aufgaben
- Ensure cloud infrastructure services are operational
- Serve as first point of contact for incidents
- Monitor and resolve infrastructure issues
- Support on-prem and cloud environments
- Take over operational responsibilities from existing teams
- Build runbooks and automation for sustainable operations
- Support R&D squads with infrastructure needs
- Assist with onboarding and troubleshooting for R&D
- Identify and improve operational processes
- Automate manual steps to reduce toil
- Shape and improve the service catalog
- Identify and address service gaps
- Automate repetitive tasks
