- Enjoyment of working in agile teams using Scrum, DevOps experience in data engineering environments
- Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level) for international collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Analytical mindset, passion for innovative big data technologies, and team spirit for cross-functional project collaboration
