- Pursuing or about to pursue Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- Initial professional experience (internships, volunteer work, academic projects); international environment experience desirable
- Demonstrated interest in data analysis, collection, and interpretation
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data manipulation)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Looker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective client and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic international environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong desire to learn and grow
- Fluency in English essential; proficiency in other languages (French, German, Spanish) a strong plus
