- Advocate for client and end-user interests internally
- Contribute to projects that build the Client Experience function
- Identify improvements while working within established SLAs
- Conduct daily administrative checks to ensure smooth operations
- Build strong relationships with client counterparts
- Set new standards for internal and external client communication
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams
- Create and maintain the Client Experience knowledge base
