Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years affiliate marketing, account management, or performance marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools proficiency
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms
- Experience with online travel agencies or e-commerce is a plus
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in English
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience working on the US market
- Exposure to platforms such as Travelpayouts or Stay22
- Knowledge of additional acquisition channels
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment
Aufgaben
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs
- Develop strong relationships with partners
- Analyze performance data to maximize ROI
- Oversee and optimize existing affiliate performance
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners
- Nurture strong relationships with existing partners
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics
- Provide actionable insights to improve affiliate performance
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, engagement, and conversion rates
- Manage commercial negotiations with partners
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance)
- Monitor traffic sources for compliance
- Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies
