In this role, you will ensure a high level of service by managing the remote access infrastructure with Citrix NetScaler. Your daily responsibilities will include optimizing performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining security, while also supporting project initiatives and participating in a 24/7 on-call team.

Anforderungen

  • •Strong understanding of networking concepts
  • •In-depth knowledge of load balancing techniques
  • •Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • •Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • •Self-motivated personality
  • •Higher education in computer science
  • •Proven experience with Citrix NetScaler
  • •Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • •Relevant certifications in Citrix networking
  • •Knowledge in Zscaler ZIA & ZPA, 2FA/MFA, PKI, and Mailgateway
  • •Fluency in English and desired German

Aufgaben

  • •Act as IT Service Owner for remote access infrastructure
  • •Configure and optimize NetScaler appliances for high availability
  • •Troubleshoot and support complex Citrix NetScaler issues
  • •Maintain security features of the NetScaler environment
  • •Perform regular maintenance tasks, including firmware updates
  • •Conduct backups and log analysis to prevent issues
  • •Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • •Support project work and related activities
  • •Provide 3rd level support and participate in 24/7 on-call duty
