- Train and supervise ground instructors
- Standardize ground instruction
- Develop teaching material
- Ensure pedagogical continuity between courses and flight training
- Cooperate with CFI to develop instructor training programs
- Implement instructor refresher programs
- Record and analyze occurrences and deviations
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Promote safety and compliance culture
- Manage continuous education and career development
- Support quality and administrative teams in ground training
