Aufgaben
- Define and execute technology vision and product roadmap
- Lead engineering, data, and product teams of 40 staff
- Oversee development of grid management, demand response, and forecasting platforms
- Ensure technical excellence in architecture, security, and scalability
- Drive AI/ML integration for load forecasting, market optimization, and asset performance
- Champion data privacy and cybersecurity compliance (GDPR, Swiss FADP, NIS2, IEC 62443)
- Partner with CEO and board on strategic decisions and fundraising
- Manage technology budget, vendor relationships, and key partnerships with TSOs and DSOs
