Anforderungen

  • 8+ years relevant experience in business building, strategy, consulting
  • Proven track record leading business/commercial unit
  • Experience in consumer/lifestyle businesses (plus)
  • Outstanding strategic acumen, commercial judgment, analytical sharpness
  • Ability to understand complex business challenges
  • Ability to identify what matters and turn ambiguity into action
  • Strong sense for customers, brand, aesthetics
  • Genuine interest in interior design, lifestyle, premium consumer experiences
  • Exceptional executive communication skills in English
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Confidence and credibility to challenge senior stakeholders
  • Ability to push for clarity and escalate when needed
  • Excellent storylining and presentation skills
  • Ability to turn analysis into sharp decision papers
  • Ability to create visually compelling materials
