As the Chief Financial Officer at the Berlin production site, you will manage all financial aspects, ensuring compliance and transparency while collaborating with central finance. This role involves analyzing KPIs, supporting investment decisions, and driving process improvements.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
• •Several years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment
• •Strong knowledge of accounting, controlling, and cost accounting
• •Strong knowledge of German GAAP accounting and knowledge in US-GAAP accounting
• •Experience working with shared service or finance service center models
• •Solid understanding of group reporting structures and corporate finance requirements
• •Strong analytical skills combined with hands-on, business-oriented mindset
• •High level of independence, ownership, and communication skills
• •Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office

Aufgaben

• •Oversee accounting and financial management for the production site
• •Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• •Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with the Finance Service Center
• •Prepare and validate all group reporting packages
• •Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and reporting standards
• •Act as the main interface between the production site and central finance functions
• •Implement and monitor group finance guidelines at the plant level
• •Collaborate closely with central finance functions and stakeholders
• •Analyze production, cost, and performance KPIs
• •Provide transparent financial reporting and decision support to the Plant General Manager
• •Identify financial risks and opportunities, developing actionable recommendations
• •Support investment decisions, business cases, and profitability analyses
• •Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial governance standards
• •Serve as the main point of contact for auditors and tax advisors
• •Drive continuous improvement and standardization of financial processes
• •Support operational and transformation projects within the production environment
