- Manage COGS modeling and long-range demand forecasting
- Act as the process owner for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Facilitate preparation on demand, supply, and financial commitments
- Lead high-level meetings with senior stakeholders
- Drive the Annual Network Strategy cycle
- Develop COGS reduction roadmaps and Capex perspectives
- Evolve Sourcing Principles
- Conduct deep-dive research to solve complex business questions
- Articulate key drivers and interdependencies for cross-functional strategy
- Manage the Allocations Process as needed
- Align with GPS on short-term outlooks for the commercial portfolio
- Lead complex projects like product launch plans and digital initiatives
- Ensure cohesive and successful commercial rollouts
- Provide transparency and objectivity in a shifting regulatory landscape
