- •University degree in economics or equivalent
- •Proven Key Account Management experience or equivalent in sales
- •Profound knowledge of relevant sales aspects and German Trade
- •Negotiation skills for beneficial customer agreements
- •Strategic thinking to connect internal and external requirements
- •Deep knowledge of Mondelez Customer & Shopper insight tools
- •Cross Functional background (nice-to-have)

- •Achieve sales targets for dedicated customers
- •Develop sales strategies based on customer and category insights
- •Negotiate annual agreements and short-term initiatives
- •Lead and develop the team, including Junior Key Account Managers
- •Manage internal category alignments for Biscuit/Meals
- •Create annual customer plans and additional promotional activities
- •Ensure achievement of sales KPIs, including assortment and promotions
- •Manage agreements for cross-category activities
- •Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- •Facilitate optimal interaction between national and regional accounts
- •Support the National Key Account Manager with local strategies
