Aufgaben
- Lead the category insights and market intelligence team
- Enable fact-based decision-making in category strategy, sourcing, and supplier management
- Own end-to-end spend, supplier, and category performance insights
- Collect, cleanse, structure, and analyze data
- Visualize data for clear and actionable insights
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for Category Managers and stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of Category Insights Analysts
- Provide guidance, prioritization, and quality assurance
- Act as a strategic partner to Procurement and Business stakeholders
- Ensure collection and consolidation of spend and contract data
- Collaborate with Category Insights Analysts and Global Data and Procurement Excellence
- Maintain consistent data quality, traceability, and documentation
- Collect and structure category-specific data from internal systems
- Partner with Procurement Excellence to define and improve analytical standards
- Support category strategy development and reviews
- Collect and maintain supplier performance data
- Provide insights on supplier performance, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop supplier scorecards and performance reporting
- Lead the development of market and supplier intelligence
- Translate complex datasets into decision-ready dashboards
- Ensure consistent interpretation and usage of data and insights
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Category Insights Professionals
- Set clear priorities and ensure high-quality delivery
- Foster analytical excellence and data-driven decision-making
