Aufgaben
- Build and maintain company and partner networks
- Maintain alumni contacts
- Implement programs and initiatives to connect students and graduates to companies
- Organize recruiting events and company excursions
- Support students in building employability skills through workshops and lectures
- Advise students on career goals and skill development
- Support students in building their career portfolio
- Inform students about mandatory internships
- Insert and maintain data on the internal career portal
- Update events, job postings, and company profiles
- Evaluate student needs for career development
- Assess and improve programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with the UE Service Center Team
- Provide timely support for general inquiries
- Answer questions through various communication channels
- Conduct drop-in workshops
- Perform other related duties
