- Support students returning from hospitalization or medical leave
- Identify health concerns affecting academic success
- Collaborate with Academic Support for accommodations
- Provide health counselling and follow-up for medical issues
- Coordinate referrals to medical specialists and mental health providers
- Support international students with the Swiss healthcare system
- Communicate with parents/sponsors with student consent
- Develop and deliver health education programs
- Organize prevention events and workshops
- Promote healthy behaviors and self-management
- Provide staff training on medical protocols
- Recommend health and safety procedure improvements
- Establish and update preventive procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with campus security, residence life, and faculty
- Advise leadership on health incidents and trends
- Coordinate with insurance providers for student coverage
- Participate in health service development and evaluation
- Ensure compliance with medical confidentiality laws
- Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and emergency kits
- Contribute to reporting, documentation, and policy updates
