Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned sub-package
- Ensure delivery according to Skyborn’s stage gate model
- Build and lead a high-performing sub-package team
- Secure required resources across all project phases
- Ensure compliance with company processes and safety standards
- Promote a strong QHSE mindset throughout execution
- Act as key interface to Geo Package
- Define, commission, and integrate required surveys and analyses
- Drive analysis and optimization of transport and installation procedures
- Execute transport and installation procedures during offshore activities
- Oversee HAZIDs/HAZOPs for offshore installation operations
- Collaborate with contractors on HAZIDs/HAZOPs
- Represent Skyborn in interactions with contractors and stakeholders
- Prepare ITT documentation, including Employer’s Requirements
- Manage contractor performance and contract execution
- Handle variation orders and claims
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
- Coordinate and attend vessel inspections
- Ensure readiness for offshore operations
- Oversee offshore installation activities
- Align with client representatives and stakeholders
- Manage Marine Warranty Surveyor engagement
- Ensure safe, timely, and quality offshore installation
- Identify technical risks and challenges
- Inform Package Manager of risks and challenges
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Facilitate interface management and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive lessons learned processes
- Improve installation and execution strategies
- Provide input to Cable Design Team
- Ensure on-time and cost-efficient cable installation
- Align installation with technical and quality requirements
- Comply with Skyborn standards and regulatory requirements
- Ensure high-quality documentation handover to O&M
