Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in supply chain or equivalent experience
- APICS certification preferred
- Certification in Purchasing a plus (Brevet fédéral spécialiste Achat & Approvisionnement)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply planning
- Previous experience in medical industry a plus
- Knowledge of Purchasing processes
- Experience with ERP system (MS Dynamics 365, SAP)
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge, Power query a plus
- Used to working with large data sets
- Strong analytical skills and interest in analytical tasks
- Fluent speaking and written English and French (Min B2 certified)
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized, rigorous and reliable
- Methodical and attentive to details
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams internationally
- Eligible to work in the country of position
Aufgaben
- Schedule and manage deliveries to meet production requirements
- Create and maintain valid purchase plans for parts and materials
- Analyze supply planning data to validate purchasing requirements
- Process purchase orders
- Create purchase forecasts
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, components, and factory supplies
- Confirm supplier orders and maintain delivery dates in the system
- Expedite or postpone items and follow up with suppliers on past-due materials
- Define, review, and adjust safety stock levels in the ERP
- Maintain inventory levels within defined objectives
- Ensure adherence to supply lead times
- Implement blanket orders, limiting obsolescence risk by verifying product continuation and adjusting plans
- Set up, maintain, and review material planning parameters in ERP
- Ensure all delivered POs are invoiced
- Work with Finance to close invoicing gaps
- Maintain good supplier relationships
- Conduct periodic supplier business and KPI reviews
- Collaborate with Procurement on supplier management
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Marketing, Logistics, R&D, Finance, S&OP, and Operations
- Participate in new product introduction projects
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Participate in and provide data for supplier service performance evaluations
- Work with quality, sourcing, and suppliers to improve performance
- Perform monthly E&O data review, propose disposition plans, and prevent new E&O creation
