- 5+ years relevant service work experience preferred
- 2+ years medical device service experience preferred
- Proficient understanding of CRM and ERP systems
- Proficient understanding of AI and automation tools
- Proficient understanding of process mining applications
- Experience with EDI and reporting tools preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Independent work, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of diverse business processes
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Optimize and implement efficient business processes
- Identify and develop new business system solutions
- Analyze user needs to recommend system standards
- Determine root causes for production issues
- Provide daily operational support to service users
- Maintain customer, price, and material master data
- Manage system tables and configurations
- Partner with IT to define future requirements
- Monitor and escalate reported application issues
- Evaluate metrics to improve productivity and quality
- Create user requirements and functional specifications
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
- Conduct integration and user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain process training documentation
- Train end users on operational business systems
- Document standard operating procedures and best practices
- Represent the department throughout project lifecycles
