- Ability to build networks and work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global team
- Business fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Analyze and coordinate global E2E business processes
- Align requirements with ZEISS MED representatives and IT experts
- Improve and test existing SAP templates
- Add new functionalities to E2E business processes
- Support change control and demand management for ZEISS entities in SAP S/4HANA
- Contribute functional expertise to design to-be processes
- Identify handover points and interfaces to other E2E processes
- Prepare process design decisions within E2E workstreams
- Act as coordinator for efficient design work in ZEISS MED
- Participate in agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups
- Support the creation of training concepts and documents
