Aufgaben
- Develop, document, and maintain enterprise process architecture
- Link strategic objectives to operational execution
- Lead process mapping and modeling using BPMN, APQC, SCOR, or equivalent standards
- Map processes for manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, sales, R&D, and supporting functions
- Ensure process designs align with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process simplification, automation, and enhancement
- Partner with digital transformation colleagues to embed solutions using existing or new applications and technologies
- Streamline projects into quick wins or longer-term transformation projects
- Establish and maintain process governance frameworks
- Ensure consistent adoption and accountability of processes
- Conduct periodic reviews of processes for alignment with evolving regulations
- Act as a bridge between operational teams, IT, and senior leadership
- Translate business needs into executable processes
- Lead workshops and training sessions for knowledge transfer and adoption
- Drive cultural adoption of process-oriented thinking
- Manage idea pipelines for digital transformation initiatives
- Manage governance frameworks for digital transformation initiatives
- Manage project delivery for digital transformation initiatives
- Manage stakeholder engagement for digital transformation initiatives
- Manage adoption of innovative business solutions
