Anforderungen
- Several years of experience as Business Engineer, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in banking or wealth management
- Strong analytical thinking and hands-on data analysis skills, including SQL and a BI tool
- Experience with client-facing applications and agile software development (e.g. Scrum), including close collaboration with UX
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
- Basic understanding of software architecture and APIs, and first hands-on experience with AI-supported features
- Track record of delivering complex digital solutions from concept to production, on time and within budget
- Passion for great user experience and commitment to high quality standards
- Ability to grasp complex topics quickly and explain to business and IT audiences
- Collaborative mindset and drive to move things forward with Private Clients platform teams
- Fluent in German and English (both essential)
- Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working

Aufgaben
- Own Digital Meeting and Holistic Advice applications end-to-end
- Act as deputy product owner
- Manage the backlog
- Run technical analyses
- Translate client and advisor needs into testable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Work with developers on requirements and implementation
- Run user acceptance testing
- Use data analysis and reporting to improve applications
- Challenge status quo and propose process improvements
- Collaborate with UX, Investment Platform, and CRM/CLM teams
- Train, support client advisors, and drive adoption of applications and processes
- Keep technical and user documentation up to date
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels
