- •Conduct discovery and qualification calls with SMB prospects
- •Hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- •Track pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- •Identify automation improvements to increase workflow efficiency
- •Use data and feedback to optimize outreach performance
