- Data-driven mindset and KPI comfort
Aufgaben
- Manage a dedicated SMB territory in the DACH region
- Build net-new pipeline through high-volume outbound execution
- Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Maintain high activity levels and daily outreach targets
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with SMB prospects
- Hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Track pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- Identify automation improvements to increase workflow efficiency
- Use data and feedback to optimize outreach performance
