Business Development Manager, Gulf Region(m/w/x)

In this role, you will drive technical sales support for X-ray Solutions in the Gulf region, consulting with customers to meet their needs while developing sales strategies and training channel partners. Anforderungen
- •Vocational education as Radiographer, engineering, business management, marketing degree, or relevant degree
- •Minimum of 8 years experience
- •Sales or product management experience
- •Proficiency in English and Arabic, French being a plus
- •Excellent understanding of workflow in hospitals, radiology departments, and X-ray systems
- •Good technical knowledge in CR, DR, and other Image Capture Products
- •Knowledge of product marketing
- •Business analytical skills
- •High level of self-organization and planning
- •Interpersonal skills
- •Strong team player and independent driver
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills

- •Support technical product sales for X-ray Solutions
- •Develop and close profitable deals in the Gulf region
- •Create and update pricing books for solutions and spare parts
- •Train channel partners on pricing adherence
- •Consult customers on their goals using existing sales tools
- •Enhance customer satisfaction by setting clear delivery expectations
- •Collect customer feedback for product development
- •Prepare customer-specific presentation materials
- •Collaborate with customer care to improve service experience
- •Set and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- •Act as a trusted consultant for customers and channel partners
- •Provide technical information for contracts and tenders
- •Address and escalate customer product complaints as needed
- •Share best practices for using X-ray Solutions
- •Assess technical and sales skill levels of channel partners
- •Conduct regular product training sessions
- •Localize training materials for sales tactics
- •Quantify and validate market opportunities
- •Collaborate with channel managers on deal qualifications
- •Research and communicate competitive product insights
- •Participate in cadence meetings for order tracking
- •Contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue reporting
- •Drive forecast accuracy for sales estimates
- •Assist in creating the Annual Operating Plan
