Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of pharma logistics and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Deep knowledge of international transportation and temperature-controlled logistics
- Proven track record in sales and new business acquisition
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
- Entrepreneurial mindset for product and service development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong financial acumen and broad commercial awareness
- Flexibility and self-motivation with a results-driven approach
Aufgaben
- Develop and qualify leads through outreach
- Collaborate with European and global sales partners
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce
- Drive business development initiatives for Cold Chain Ground services
- Deliver commercial proposals with the tender management team
- Shape sales strategies and action plans
- Act as a subject matter expert on temperature-controlled transport solutions
