Anforderungen
- Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn fintech, crypto, institutional finance, B2B sales
- Enjoyment of research and ability to generate insights
- Structured, detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM, online research tools
- Clear communication and ability to summarize information
- Comfort joining sales calls, taking notes, supporting follow-up
- Excitement for AI-native work, eagerness to experiment with AI tools
- English fluency
- Prior experience in sales, business development, consulting, research, fintech, crypto, AI tools, or workflow automation is a plus, but not required
Aufgaben
- Support commercial team in growing outbound pipeline
- Identify and enrich high-quality leads
- Participate in customer calls
- Maintain clean and actionable CRM
- Use AI and automation tools to increase business development output
- Build lightweight workflows and n8n automations
- Research and map ideal customer profile
- Discover target companies and customer segments
- Identify use cases and buying signals
- Build and enrich outbound lead lists
- Identify relevant prospects and decision-makers
- Gather company data, funding signals, and product usage
- Support outbound sales execution
- Prepare targeted outreach lists and account briefs
- Create prospect notes and sales materials
- Conduct pre-call research
- Join selected customer calls
- Capture call notes and identify next steps
- Turn call insights into structured follow-up
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
- Update deal and account information
- Track outreach activity
- Improve sales team visibility
- Build AI and automation workflows
- Use n8n, LLMs, and research agents
- Reduce manual work and scale repeatable processes
- Turn market signals into GTM insights
- Share emerging customer segments and new use cases
- Identify competitor mentions and common objections
