Anforderungen

  • Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn fintech, crypto, institutional finance, B2B sales
  • Enjoyment of research and ability to generate insights
  • Structured, detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM, online research tools
  • Clear communication and ability to summarize information
  • Comfort joining sales calls, taking notes, supporting follow-up
  • Excitement for AI-native work, eagerness to experiment with AI tools
  • English fluency
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, consulting, research, fintech, crypto, AI tools, or workflow automation is a plus, but not required

  • Support commercial team in growing outbound pipeline

  • Identify relevant prospects and decision-makers
  • Gather company data, funding signals, and product usage
  • Support outbound sales execution
  • Prepare targeted outreach lists and account briefs
  • Create prospect notes and sales materials
  • Conduct pre-call research
  • Join selected customer calls
  • Capture call notes and identify next steps
  • Turn call insights into structured follow-up
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
  • Update deal and account information
  • Track outreach activity
  • Improve sales team visibility
  • Build AI and automation workflows
  • Use n8n, LLMs, and research agents
  • Reduce manual work and scale repeatable processes
  • Turn market signals into GTM insights
  • Share emerging customer segments and new use cases
  • Identify competitor mentions and common objections
