Driving growth for drug development and delivery services in assigned territory. Pharma and/or Consumer Health industry experience required. Up to 50% travel, advanced scientific degree or MBA advantageous.

- 5+ years relevant B2B sales experience

- Sales/business development experience in contract pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
- Thorough understanding of contract manufacturing
- Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical formulation processes is a plus
- Thorough understanding of clinical development processes is a plus
- Small molecule formulation experience highly advantageous
- Oral solid dose formulation experience highly advantageous
- Excellent communication in English required
- Excellent communication in German required

- Maintain sales activity records in CRM
- Develop strategic sales plans
- Identify, qualify, pursue, and close opportunities
- Manage and grow key accounts
- Present Catalent's offerings and capabilities
- Craft targeted solutions for customer needs
- Generate cross-sell opportunities
- Provide business and relationship management support
- Negotiate new development supply quotations
- Support sites on business/commercial issues
- Structure proposals for development programs
- Ensure compliance with reporting processes
- Maintain open communication throughout the organization
- Represent the company at industry events
