Anforderungen

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Advanced scientific degree or MBA/commercially orientated degree advantageous
  • Pharma and/or Consumer Health industry experience required
  • 5+ years relevant B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years Business Development experience
  • Sales/business development experience in contract pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
  • Thorough understanding of contract manufacturing
  • Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical formulation processes is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of clinical development processes is a plus
  • Small molecule formulation experience highly advantageous
  • Oral solid dose formulation experience highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication in English required
  • Excellent communication in German required

  • Lead business development for CDMO partnerships
  • Prospect and generate leads
  • Develop and maintain industry relationships
  • Present and promote CDMO services
  • Partner to execute and negotiate agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Stay informed on industry trends
  • Negotiate high-value contracts
  • Maintain sales activity records in CRM
  • Develop strategic sales plans
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close opportunities
  • Manage and grow key accounts
  • Present Catalent's offerings and capabilities
  • Craft targeted solutions for customer needs
  • Generate cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide business and relationship management support
  • Negotiate new development supply quotations
  • Support sites on business/commercial issues
  • Structure proposals for development programs
  • Ensure compliance with reporting processes
  • Maintain open communication throughout the organization
  • Represent the company at industry events
