- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- DACH market experience

Aufgaben
- Define the sales function and its operations
- Recruit and build the sales team
- Develop and execute B2B SaaS sales strategy
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Close enterprise deals
- Mentor the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Align go-to-market strategies
- Create a seamless commercial engine
- Work with Customer Success to protect retention
- Unlock upsell opportunities
- Turn clients into referrals
- Own pipeline and forecast data
- Ensure predictable revenue growth
- Represent the company at industry events
- Attend conferences and client meetings
- Leverage AI and automation for sales
- Build a scalable sales function
