- Act as a strategic business partner to the CSS organization
- Challenge business assumptions and provide financial insights
- Assess financial impact and risks of strategic initiatives
- Monitor business performance and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver reliable financial reports
- Conduct profitability analysis at multiple levels
- Identify key margin drivers and value leakages
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Support strategic and operational decision-making with data-driven recommendations
- Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and consolidation
- Ensure alignment between financial targets and operational plans
