- Conduct margin and performance analyses
- Provide strategic recommendations for profitability
- Lead GAP analyses
- Ensure system consistency
- Propose corrective measures for systems
- Collaborate on commercial action plans
- Grow Carrier Haulage volumes
- Elevate green ratio KPIs
- Maximize extra service revenues
- Partner with Customer Service teams
- Contribute to new product development
- Develop new routings

- Drive innovation and differentiation
- Serve as liaison between Land Operations, Trade, and Commercial teams
- Foster seamless collaboration
