- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- German and/or French are nice to have
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Comfortable interacting with analysts and managers
- Reliable execution and accountability

- Execute qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Summarize findings into concise outputs
- Assist with sales forecasting cycles
- Prepare data and patient funnel inputs
- Perform scenario checks for forecasting
- Analyze customer engagement and channel performance
- Identify patterns and opportunities in data
- Evaluate brand and market performance
- Communicate results with relevant context
- Design and maintain user-centric dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy and consistent refreshes
- Identify data or workflow bottlenecks
- Propose practical refinements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
