Aufgaben
- Analyze complex tolling and business processes
- Integrate, order, provision, and bill services
- Comply with regulatory constraints
- Elicit and document business and system requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders in workshops
- Map and maintain end-to-end business processes
- Cover customer, order, subscription, billing, and support lifecycles
- Create and manage BPMN models
- Document current and target state processes
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate alignment across business, product, architecture, and engineering
- Ensure clear, actionable, and well-structured documentation
