Aufgaben
- Support continuous development and operation of JIRA Customer Portal and Fenergo-based client onboarding
- Collaborate with product owners, senior analysts, IT, legal, and business stakeholders
- Maintain and refine product backlog for JIRA Customer Portal and Fenergo (CLM / KYC / Client Onboarding)
- Prepare, document, and structure requirements (epics, features, user stories)
- Support sprint and release activities, including planning and documentation
- Review delivered increments against acceptance criteria
- Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Model client journeys, processes, and data flows using existing standards
- Assist with impact analysis across systems and stakeholders
- Prepare test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify and optimize client-facing and internal onboarding journeys
- Reduce friction and improve transparency in onboarding processes
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business, IT, and vendors
