Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 3+ years as Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional documentation in Agile
- Familiarity with laboratory informatics (LIMS, CDS)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across multi-cultural EU teams
- Working knowledge of EU environmental testing compliance frameworks (ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, EA)
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel
- Strong communicator in English (written/oral)
- Fast learner
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Experience in environmental laboratory operations, chromatography workflows, or EU-regulated scientific environments
- Experience building BPMN workflows and writing functional specifications
- Exposure to LIMS, CDS, or scientific data management platforms; understanding of instrument integration
- MBA, M.Sc., or advanced scientific/technical degree
Aufgaben
- Translate laboratory and business requirements into clear deliverables
- Optimize analytical workflows for quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with EU environmental testing laboratory standards
- Partner with laboratory leaders and product teams to standardize processes
- Guide delivery of features for instrument data capture and processing
- Assess EU Environmental Testing market and regulatory expectations
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvement
- Support EU-focused pricing and client segmentation
- Model demand to guide product and investment priorities
- Recommend improvements to turnaround time and data reliability
- Serve as primary liaison between EU laboratory stakeholders and Product Development
- Elicit and document business and user requirements
- Refine acceptance criteria, including non-functional needs
- Maintain and update process documentation (BRD, URD, BPMN)
- Translate requirements into functional designs
- Groom backlogs and support release scoping
- Lead EU-regional user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Facilitate business sign-off and change management
- Harmonize chromatography data workflows across EU sites
- Challenge assumptions and streamline workflows in workshops
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments
- Map current and future-state EU laboratory workflows
- Identify gaps, risks, and compliance needs
- Align processes with Eurofins Quality System Documents
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and EU Ecolabel testing requirements
- Support audit preparation and nonconformity resolution
- Track corrective actions and measure system impact
- Build performance, throughput, and QC metrics dashboards
- Support budgeting and operational reviews with EU-specific insights
- Validate product requirements with data
- Quantify product value and measure outcomes
