Aufgaben
- Manage the full contractual lifecycle for MRO activities
- Maintain, renew, and negotiate frame agreements
- Ensure agreements are robust, competitive, and aligned with business priorities
- Lead administrative development and fulfillment of contract requirements
- Advise on contractual rights and obligations
- Manage contract amendments and extensions
- Support contract compliance and control across the business
- Work closely with Sales, Quality, and Legal on contractual engagements
- Serve as the customer point of contact for MRO frame contract changes
- Bring clarity, structure, and confidence to contractual discussions
- Engage with other lines of business on complex agreements
- Identify opportunities to offer broader Jet Aviation services
- Play a central role in governmental tendering activities across EMEA
- Analyze tenders and coordinate stakeholders
- Prepare and submit bids
- Present proposals
- Contribute to the development of Jet Aviation coverage programs
- Prepare General Terms Agreements for large accounts
- Support contract audits and controlling activities
- Ensure project conformity to contract requirements
- Contribute to harmonization of volume discount policy strategy and rules
- Strengthen contract quality, reduce risk, and support business performance
