- Fluent English (German is a strong plus)
- Post-merger integration (PMI) execution experience

- ERP rollouts or system migrations experience
- Understanding of transfer pricing and intercompany frameworks
- Buy-and-build / private equity environment experience
Aufgaben
- Execute post-merger integration roadmap
- Coordinate daily integration activities
- Serve as main point of contact for local finance teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding into Group accounting processes
- Align local accounting operations with Group standards
- Deliver timely, accurate financial data
- Interface between local entities and Group Accounting
- Resolve operational accounting issues
- Implement intercompany agreements
- Execute intercompany transactions
- Improve intercompany reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with Tax, Controlling, and Operations
- Integrate entities into ERP and finance systems
- Ensure correct system mapping and data flows
- Drive standardisation of accounting processes
- Maintain high data quality and transparency
- Build strong relationships with local finance teams
- Coordinate with M&A team and Business Development
- Identify and improve operational gaps
- Embed integrations into daily operations
