Aufgaben
- Lead technical due diligence for BESS project acquisition
- Support BESS investment and acquisition decisions
- Evaluate BESS system design and control systems
- Assess grid connection and interconnection requirements
- Review site, civil, fire safety, and permitting compliance
- Identify technical gaps and risks
- Assess and quantify technical risks and mitigation measures
- Analyze impact on CAPEX, schedule, performance, and bankability
- Ensure long-term operability of projects
- Review engineering maturity and RTB readiness
- Ensure compliance with grid codes and local regulations
- Assess technical specifications and warranties
- Evaluate performance guarantees and battery degradation assumptions
- Ensure bankability and long-term asset performance
- Support project execution teams with technical reviews
- Provide recommendations at key design and construction milestones
- Act as a technical reference during supplier and contractor engagements
- Coordinate with external engineering consultants and advisors
- Prepare technical due diligence reports and risk registers
- Create executive summaries for internal stakeholders and investment committees
- Contribute to developing internal technical standards and guidelines
- Apply best practices across the BESS portfolio
- Ensure consistent documentation and knowledge sharing
- Maintain market and technology awareness of BESS developments
- Build relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and external technical experts
- Collaborate with project management and supply chain teams
- Align technical solutions with execution strategies
- Support broader business objectives
