Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 2+ years BDR Manager experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Passion for training, coaching, and mentoring teams
- Ability to carry personal quota
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas (Upper Mid-Market/Enterprise)
- Expert-level proficiency in cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach (US, UK, AU, NZ)
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM and sales software
- Ideally, experience prospecting to CIO, CISO, CCO, CPO
- Ideally, knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, CCPA
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English C1-C2)
- Ability/willingness to work 8 AM - 4 PM EST hours
