- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
- Interest in product context and user impact
- Clear communication with engineers and product stakeholders
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience with microservices architectures
- Experience supporting or operating production systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS/Azure)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD
- Knowledge of observability practices (logging, metrics, monitoring)
- Understanding of backend security basics (authentication, authorization, API protection)
Aufgaben
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using Go
- Build and evolve APIs for the DBG Marketplace and integrating systems
- Work on scalable, production-grade services focusing on performance, reliability, and clean architecture
- Design and maintain database interactions, ensuring data integrity and performance
- Support production operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and fixing issues with DevOps
- Contribute to API and service design decisions with the Product Owner and team
- Clarify requirements, review technical feasibility, and identify dependencies and technical risks
- Lead or participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and backlog refinement
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team practices
