- Adjudicated TS/SCI clearance
- CCNA – Video (Collaboration)
- BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized experience or AA/AS + 9 years recent specialized experience or major certification + 9 years recent specialized experience or 13 years of recent specialized experience
- TESA Eligibility
- IAT Level II or greater (Security +/CASP/etc)
- Proficient use of MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, Excel
- Strong technical writing, documentation, presentation and organizational skills
- ITIL v3 – Foundation
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and operational needs
- Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
- Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches
Aufgaben
- Support VTC equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and encryption devices
- Ensure system availability outside of maintenance windows
- Apply system and network hardening actions as directed
- Provide remote and direct support for VTC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance to detect faults early
- Maintain software and firmware on VTC devices for optimal performance
- Create and update standard operating procedure documentation for configurations
- Utilize SolarWinds and monitoring tools to enhance service quality and restore outages
