- Knowledge of GMP environment and change management/validation
- Strong knowledge of OT environments and IT system interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Expertise in Windows configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience in automation system lifecycle management and upgrades
- Experience in industrial standards, OT cybersecurity, and engineering best practices
- Experience writing functional and design specifications
- Knowledge in data governance
- Knowledge of Linux, Armis, and NinjaOne (strong plus)
- Strong project management capabilities
- French and English language skills
Aufgaben
- Lead OT automation projects from concept to handover
- Define project objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (automation, IT, production, maintenance, suppliers)
- Manage lifecycle of OT equipment and systems
- Ensure production continuity during equipment upgrades
- Implement and maintain upgrade and patch strategies
- Align strategies with industrial and cybersecurity requirements
- Author and review engineering documentation
- Contribute to data governance expectations
- Analyze OT system performance and reliability
- Deliver optimization initiatives with manufacturing teams
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with standards
- Implement projects to enhance efficiency, safety, and robustness
- Collaborate with production teams to meet operational needs
