- Align cross-functionally to manage supply
- Perform availability checks and apply allocation rules
- Manage new product introductions to maximize sales
- Handle product withdrawals to minimize write-offs
- Fulfill customer-service targets to meet objectives
- Support internal and external improvement agendas
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal teams
- Build collaborative relationships with customers
- Report on and achieve key performance indicators
- Conduct root-cause analysis for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with demand planning and fulfillment teams
- Work with customer collaboration and commercial teams
