Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social or technical sciences
• •Up to two years relevant professional experience
• •Understanding of ICRC and Red Cross Movement
• •Interest in security and crisis management
• •Proven experience in data analysis
• •Advanced use of MS Excel
• •Familiarity with business intelligence tools
• •Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• •Flexibility and adaptability
• •Ability to master new tools rapidly
• •Independent and collaborative work skills
• •Working proficiency in French and English
• •Command of Arabic, Russian, or Spanish as an asset
• •Maximum two years professional experience

Aufgaben

• •Compile and validate weekly security incident data
• •Visualize quarterly and annual safety data
• •Produce ad hoc incident-related reports
• •Support technical change management for security tools
• •Coordinate global implementation of new software
• •Assist Red Cross partners with operational security
• •Research technology solutions for field security management
• •Maintain and enhance advanced security platforms
• •Generate narrative analyses of security trends
• •Present data insights to operational management
• •Design user-friendly and interactive dashboards
• •Liaise with internal departments and global partners
• •Explore research opportunities for security data value
