Aufgaben
- Provide administrative and operational support to EAM Relationship Managers.
- Understand needs of External Asset Managers and clients.
- Welcome clients by phone and in person.
- Organize client business meetings.
- Place and monitor stock exchange, FX, FD, and loan orders.
- Support Private Bankers with credit applications and KYC.
- Perform account openings and closings.
- Manage payment orders.
- Manage cash and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
- Handle daily administrative tasks.
- Handle phone calls.
- Handle internal and external correspondence.
