Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, project management, engineering management, or related field
- Practical experience in aerospace, project management, sales, finance, or related business environment
- Good understanding of aerospace industry, completions environment, and customer-driven project execution
- Sound knowledge of project management fundamentals; CAPM certification preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong affinity for AI-supported working methods and interest in modern ways of working
- Professional written and spoken English communication skills; German and French are an asset
- Results-driven, structured, and disciplined; reliable and accountable working style
- Ability to work effectively across functions and bring clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Aufgaben
- Support Program Director in VIP aircraft completion projects
- Take ownership of selected sub-projects and PMO initiatives
- Drive internal coordination and project scope
- Track project risks and schedules
- Work with Engineering, SCM, Production, Design, Sales, and PMO
- Monitor project progress and follow up on open items
- Prepare and maintain project reports
- Evaluate change requests and track risks and issues
- Lead and document internal project meetings
- Ensure timely follow-through on agreed actions
- Contribute to project management tool development
- Implement new standards and process improvements
- Foster alignment and teamwork across cross-functional teams
- Represent Jet Aviation in the Completions network
