- Proven experience in payroll delivery (at least 3 years)
- Advanced MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Reliability and responsibility
- Existing Abacus knowledge (plus)
- Strong communication skills with colleagues, management, and executives
- Respectful resolution of interpersonal and professional issues with colleagues
Aufgaben
- Manage an assigned client portfolio
- Support the payroll team
- Train new junior officers
- Answer complex payroll questions
- Perform record keeping
- Process payroll
- Ensure correct payroll posting in accounting
- Handle client requests
- Respond to internal requests
- Create payroll data queries
- Generate payroll data reports
- Perform monthly account reconciliation
- Analyze payroll data
- Process end-of-month activities for your client portfolio
- Identify service enhancement opportunities
