- Experience coaching junior consultants
- Completion or interest in recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Knowledge of Project Management tools
- Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants
- MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required)

- Manage multiple projects within a portfolio
- Coordinate a complex range of activities
- Define project team and stakeholder roles
- Identify risks and develop proactive solutions
- Manage deliverable development on high-value projects
- Utilize project and change management methodologies
- Define project scope, timelines, and budget
- Perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses
- Report on issues, risks, and progress
- Summarize findings and offer credible solutions
- Maintain working relationships with client managers
- Develop business recommendations and client presentations
- Plan and organize work for junior team members
- Lead team and external meetings
- Contribute to intellectual capital and solution development
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Ensure compliance with Mastercard’s security policies
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information
- Report any suspected information security violations
- Complete mandatory security trainings
