In this role, you will bridge the gap between analysts and senior bankers by engaging in deal ideation, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members while driving successful transaction execution.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum three years practical experience in investment banking, M&A boutique, or equivalent
• •Experience in execution of M&A or capital markets projects
• •Robust process management skills
• •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• •Excellent attention to detail
• •Profound practical valuation expertise
• •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• •Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• •Strong work ethic and commitment towards client objectives
• •Special knowledge and reliability according to § 87 (2) WpHG and § 1a and § 6 WpHGMaAnzV

Aufgaben

• •Conduct targeted company and market research
• •Prepare pitch books and marketing materials
• •Perform detailed financial modeling for M&A transactions, IPOs, and debt and equity offerings
• •Execute company valuations using DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions
• •Draft deal documentation, including information and offering memoranda
• •Lead due diligence and manage the dataroom
• •Coordinate overall project activities
• •Communicate with other deal advisors, including legal and tax professionals
• •Support deal structuring and negotiation processes
• •Break down senior bankers' visions into actionable tasks
• •Assign and review analysts' work
• •Manage relationships with corporate clients and financial sponsors
• •Participate in internal and client meetings and presentations
• •Train, supervise, and mentor junior colleagues
