- •Master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or close to completion
- •Willingness to learn and intention to become federally certified tax expert
- •Initial experience in tax, flexibility, perseverance, and openness to complex situations
- •Interest in economics, law, figures, models, and legal issues
- •Excellent written and spoken English, French and German advantageous
- •Analytical thinking, financial accounting, and tax planning skills

- •Integrate target companies into existing tax structures
- •Collaborate with experts across various disciplines
- •Participate in strategy development and transaction negotiations
- •Acquire technical know-how and soft skills through training
