Aufgaben
- Lead technical development of drug substances
- Manage development, analysis, and production of drug substance
- Lead manufacturing and scale-up activities for API
- Supervise supplies of building blocks and regulatory materials
- Conduct technical transfer for drug substance processes
- Define critical process parameters and material attributes
- Plan and organize technical activities for drug substance development
- Collaborate with external development partners
- Address physico-chemical requirements for drug substance
- Develop and execute risk mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Implement new regulatory initiatives
- Assume responsibilities of API safety project leader as needed
